 We use tools such as cookies, analysis services and advertising services to collect the data listed above. For some of these tools, you have the option to unsubscribe from data collection.

Invention Academy will share your information in the following ways:

  • Business transfers: As we continue to expand our business, we may purchase, merge or partner with other companies. In such transactions, (including in the perspective of such transactions), user information may be part of the transferred assets. If all or part of the assets of Invention Academy are sold or transferred to a third party, customer information (including your email address) will likely constitute one of the transferred business assets.   • Aggregated / Anonymous Information: From time to time, Invention Academy may share aggregate / anonymous information on the use of services, such as, but not limited to, the publication of a report on usage trends or survey results, as well as graduation rates and success rates, as well as other demographic factors, information provided by our students. The sharing of this data is unlimited.

 We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. Invention Academy takes various technical, administrative and physical measures to protect your information from disclosure to or access by third parties. Please note that we do not guarantee the security of the information, as no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure. Please also note that we may keep and store your information in our databases and systems even after your account has been deactivated on invention.academy, as long as our purpose is legitimate and in accordance with the applicable law.

 We do not store your information more than necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. The length of time we retain information depends on the purposes for which we have collected and used the information and/or as required to comply with applicable laws.

 Invention Academy is intended for a general audience and not for children under 13 years old. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected "personal information" (as defined in the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act "COPPA") from children under 13 years old without valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We also comply with other age restrictions and requirements, in accordance with applicable local laws.
